Germany – Repair and maintenance services of electrical machinery, apparatus and associated equipment – Modernisierung der Unterflurradsatzdrehmaschine (URD) Typ 106T

The objective of the project is to modernise the existing URD manufactured by Hegenscheidt, Type 106T, built in 1992. For this purpose, the existing machine concept is to be converted from a conventional copying operation to a CNC operation. This includes a complete renewal of the electrical equipment, including the measuring systems, motors and the entire machine installation. The URD is of central importance for ensuring the operational readiness of the tram fleet of the AG. For this reason, all activities related to the modernisation of the URD must be closely coordinated with the AG. In particular, the period during which the URD is not available to the AG due to the modernisation must be kept to a minimum.
