This tender procedure concerns the award of a contract for the design, detailed engineering, manufacture, on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of a thermodynamic condensation system on the flue gases of a 7 MW nominal useful unit power biomass boiler at the Django heating plant (Dijon Energies) for the needs of the Dijon Métropole urban heating network. - Assembly in the workshop with control and testing before delivery; Delivery to a delivery location determined by the Contracting Authority; Any preparatory installation interventions; Testing, commissioning and verification of the expected performances.
