Germany – Architectural and related services – Markt Presseck: Sanierung Kindertagesstätte Schulhaus Wartenfels

The municipality of Presseck plans the renovation and expansion of the day-care centre in the district of Wartenfels. Currently, a kindergarten group is located in the basement of the former school building in Wartenfels. As part of the construction measure, the municipality intends to expand the day-care centre by a crèche group, to functionally and aesthetically restructure it and to adapt it to current requirements. The partial energetic renovation of the building, limited to the areas relevant to the day-care centre (basement incl. adjacent areas on the ground floor). For this purpose, planning services for the building design according to HOAI have already been provided. LPH 1 and 2 (basic assessment and preliminary design with cost estimate) are completed. Landscape architects and specialist planners have not yet been involved. The total costs are estimated at approx. 2.0 million € gross. The project will be funded with public funds according to FAG / FAZR. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Annex 01.
