The subject of the public procurement includes two functionally related activities: 1) preparation of a project for amending the Detailed Urban Plan for the merger of Land Plot 56784.530.1940 and Land Plot 56784.530.1934 in the Municipality of Plovdiv and the formation of a new Urban Planning Area – for healthcare and education, Quarter 2, according to the regulatory plan of Quarter "Vastanishki-sever"; 2) preparation of an investment project in the technical phase for the facility "Children's Institution and Gymnasium – phased construction," with administrative address 1 "Dame Gruev" St., Plovdiv, "Yuzhen" District, for all design parts according to the Technical Specification; The new children's institution has a capacity of 8 full-day groups – 2 nurseries and 6 groups for children aged 3 to 7, with a kitchen and laundry block (First Phase), and the gymnasium is built as the Second Phase. The design also includes the demolition of existing buildings in Land Plot 56784.530.1940, complete geometric and architectural surveying through ground-based laser scanning, engineering-geological survey and allocation of eight children's playgrounds and one common open sports ground. The category of the construction is fourth according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 4 of the Spatial Development Act and Art. 8, para. 2, item "b" of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003.
