Finland – Construction-site supervision services – Vaaralan varikon projektinjohtourakan työmaavalvojien palveluhankinta

The Helsinki Region Transport ("KLOY" or "Purchaser") is organising a tender for the site supervision services for the Vaarala depot project management contract. The procurement includes new construction site supervisors by trade for the supervision of the Vaarala depot project management contract. The trade-specific supervisors are building construction, HVAC and electrical site supervisors (3 in total). The supervisors' responsibilities and interfaces are presented in the documents and task lists attached to this procurement notice. The site supervision assignment begins in the development phase by familiarising with the project and preparatory tasks. The site phase tasks start at the same time as the project management contract works, estimated to be in November 2026, and the site phase ends at the end of 2028. According to the preliminary schedule, earthworks start in June 2026 by the alliance and the building's foundation phase begins in November 2026. Before this supervision assignment is finalised and started, the Purchaser may organise the supervision required by the already initiated work phases. Once this supervision procurement is finalised, the supervision responsibility will be transferred to the service provider selected in this EU procurement. The supervision of the alliance's works is not included in this assignment. Information and documents related to the participation phase must be prepared and submitted via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi service. The participation application must include all requested information and documents. All documents attached to the participation application will be submitted to the Purchaser via the Tarjouspalvelu.fi service.
