Czechia – Refuse and waste related services – Zajištění likvidace odpadů produkovaných ON Kolín, a.s.

The subject of the public contract is the provision of waste disposal services for the waste produced by Oblastní nemocnice Kolín, a.s., a hospital in the Středočeský kraj, for a period of 24 months with the possibility of the contracting authority extending the performance period by a further 24 months. The public contract is divided into 2 Parts: • Part 1: Hazardous waste • Part 2: Other waste The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the performance of the subject of the public contract between two suppliers. A participant in the tendering procedure is therefore entitled to submit a tender for one or both Parts of the public contract. The contracting authority requires the performance of the public contract to be ensured in accordance with the applicable legislation, technological procedures, the provisions of the relevant standards and in the prescribed quality.
