K25136 Excavation and transportation LIFE VI.3. continuation: 26) The winning tenderer is obliged to prove by the time of contract conclusion that it possesses the following equipment: a) 2 trucks, at least one of which has a maximum permissible total weight of more than 7.5 tonnes; b) 1 truck equipped with a self-loading crane and/or 1 front loader earthmoving equipment. The winning tenderer is obliged to present the prescribed truck/front loader earthmoving equipment to the tenderer by the time of contract conclusion as follows: The tenderer must, prior to contract conclusion, present a formally signed declaration detailing the truck/front loader earthmoving equipment available and intended to be used during the execution. The declaration must include the quantity of the equipment, registration number, make and type, data of the owner/operator/lessee/other party entitled to use, body type, and number of axles. In addition to the declaration, a copy of the registration certificate must be submitted in the case of own or operated vehicles (i.e. in both cases). In the case of non-own vehicles, a copy of a contract (pre-contract) signed by the tenderer and certifying the availability for use must be submitted, which certifies the right to use. 27) The tenderer will hold a site visit on 29.09.2026 at 12:00 for part 1, and on 29.09.2026 at 08:00 for part 2. The meeting will take place at 12:00 at 1031 Budapest, Gladiátor u. 37. (Gladiátor street playground) for part 1, and at 08:00 at 1222 Budapest, Balatoni út - Szabadkai utca corner, parking in front of Memento park for part 2.
