The value, in accordance with the tender specifications, of the 50 lots is:

Total estimated value of the procurement:

- Minimum estimated value of the framework agreement = 287,251.80 lei excluding VAT;

- Maximum estimated value of the framework agreement = 10,341,064.80 lei excluding VAT;

- Minimum estimated value of the subsequent contract = 287,251.80 lei excluding VAT;

- Maximum estimated value of the subsequent contract = 1,723,510.80 lei excluding VAT;

Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 15

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information that have been addressed within the period provided in the participation notice, 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/information that have not been addressed within the specified period, as mentioned above.
