Germany – Grounds maintenance services – Unterhalts- und Entwicklungspflege beim BR München

The subject of the tender are the maintenance and upkeep services of the open spaces at the Munich locations of Freimann (Lot 1), Funkhaus (Lot 2) and Unterföhring (Lot 3) of Bayerischer Rundfunk. The aim of the service is to ensure a proper, traffic-safe, functional and well-maintained condition of the tendered open spaces and their components during the entire contract period. The contractor is obligated to maintain the contractual maintenance and upkeep condition of the areas and facilities listed in the service descriptions. This includes all services, ancillary services, protective measures and disposal services required for the proper provision of the service, even if these are not explicitly described as individual services. The contractor bears the overall responsibility for the contractual performance of his services. If he uses subcontractors for the provision of services, he is liable for their services as for his own actions. The service is divided into three location-related lots. The lots comprise the locations Freimann, Funkhaus and Unterföhring. The respective scope of services and the location-specific requirements are derived from the associated service specifications and attachments. The services commence on 01.11.2026 and have a duration of 24 months until 31.10.2028 (= basic duration). This contract is automatically extended after the expiry of the basic duration by up to two times by 12 months each, if neither of the two parties terminates this agreement in text form six months before expiry.
