France – Architectural and related services – PHASE CANDIDATURE - MARCHÉ PUBLIC DE MÂITRISE D’OEUVRE POUR LA CONSTRUCTION D’UN NOUVEAU GYMNASE CONCOURS RESTREINT DE MAITRISE D’OEUVRE ESQUISSE+

This design contest is organised for the award of a PUBLIC CONTRACT FOR WORKS SUPERVISION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW GYMNASIUM. The main features of the programme are as follows:

Construction of building:

- A 44x23.7m gymnasium and a 250-seat grandstand;

- Sports annexes;

- 1 meeting room and 2 offices;

- Technical annexes necessary for the operation of the facility.

Outdoor space arrangements:

- A 40-space car park;

- A forecourt with bicycle parking;

- Various.

The detailed characteristics of the programme will be specified in the Consultation File for Designers - Project Phase, which will be provided only to candidates admitted to submit a project. The total investment budget for the operation is estimated at 5,500,000 euros excl. VAT (March 2026 value), including 4,350,000 euros excl. VAT (December 2025 value) for the works.
