Poland – Network equipment – Dostawa infrastruktury sieciowej LAN nowej generacji dla wsparcia sztucznej inteligencji w badaniach naukowych IMiD

The subject of the contract is the supply of a new generation LAN network infrastructure to support artificial intelligence in the scientific research of IMiD. The detailed description and the method of executing the contract are contained in the assortment-price table No. 2 to SWZ and the description of the subject of the contract ("OPZ") No. 3 to SWZ and the contract template No. 5 to SWZ. II. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial offers. The subject of the contract constitutes a functionally and technically integrated whole, including server, network, mass storage infrastructure, and a backup and data protection system. Individual elements require mutual compatibility, integration, and proper cooperation within the contracting authority's single IT environment. Dividing the contract could cause integration problems, blurring of responsibility for the proper functioning of the whole, and the need to coordinate the work of several contractors. For this reason, dividing the contract into parts is not technically or organizationally justified and could increase the risk to the continuity of the contracting authority's systems. III. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) and Article 14(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, 4 May 2016, p. 1) ("GDPR") we would like to inform you about the principles of processing personal data in the event that the contracting authority processes your personal data in connection with the conduct of the public procurement procedure. 2. The controller of your personal data is the contracting authority. 3. You can contact the contracting authority regarding matters related to the protection of personal data: 1) by sending a letter to its registered office or electronically via email correspondence to the address: [email protected] or 2) via the ePUAP platform to the address: /IMiDWarszawa/SkrytkaESP. 4. The contracting authority has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO"), whom you can contact regarding the processing of your personal data. Contact with the DPO is possible via email to the address: [email protected], by telephone on (22) 32 77 495 or by post to the registered office of the contracting authority. 5. The contracting authority processes your personal data for the following purposes: 1) conducting a public procurement procedure – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 9(2)(g) GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law; 2) verification of information on non-criminality within the scope of evidential means – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Article 10 GDPR in conjunction with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law; 3) archiving of personal data – on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Article 9(2)(j) GDPR in conjunction with the Act on the National Archival Resource and Archives; 4) establishing, pursuing or defending claims in connection with the conducted activity – on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) GDPR or Article 9(2)(f) GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest – proper management of the contracting authority's property, i.e. conducting an important public procurement procedure, guaranteeing the proper expenditure of public funds. The detailed GDPR information clause is included in the SWZ. IV. The subject of the contract will be co-financed from a targeted grant for the implementation of an investment related to the scientific activity entitled "LAN network infrastructure of the new generation to support artificial intelligence in the scientific research of IMiD", based on the agreement No. UMOWA Nr 2561/0368/II/SN/2026 concluded with the State Treasury – Minister of Science and Higher Education.
