Description

The University of Hamburg (hereinafter "UHH") is an excellence university with more than 43,000 students and approximately 6,000 employees, one of the most research-intensive universities in Germany and one of the largest educational institutions in Northern Germany. With its "Flagship University" concept in the Hamburg metropolitan region, it maintains innovative and cooperative links with scientific and non-scientific partners. It produces future-oriented social goods for the location – but also nationally and internationally – education, knowledge, and the exchange of knowledge under the guiding principle of sustainability. The University of Hamburg is conducting an Open Procedure pursuant to Section 15 VgV to award a service provider for the publication of job advertisements on various job portals. The aim of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 21 VgV for a period of up to four years. UHH is looking for a proven media agency for HR/recruiting/personal marketing, with long-standing successful establishment in the market, which takes over all tasks associated with national and international external job postings. The task of the media agency is to prepare and publish the job postings. For this purpose, established job portals such as StepStone or Jobware, as well as platforms such as Academics.de/Zeit.de or jobs.sciencecareers.org, for example, can be used for publication. In addition, equivalent platforms that achieve the defined reach can also be offered. The portals are divided into three categories, from each of which at least two portals must be offered (see Section 15.3). A media agency is needed to support and advise the University of Hamburg on suitable platforms to publish job postals. It may be necessary in the future that the publication portals change, so that publications on portals that are not listed in the price and calculation sheet must generally also be possible (see Section 2 of the document Specification of Services and Contract Terms). The estimated annual order volume is approximately 5 print advertisements in regional and (inter-)national daily newspapers and specialist journals, as well as approximately 130 online advertisements in various layouts. The annual order volume is expected to be 150,000 € net.
