1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for the built-up property located at ul. Koszarowej 6 C-N, 8 A-L, 8 M, N, P in Wrocław. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of placing orders under the free-hand order procedure, in accordance with the rules set out in Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. Detailed information on the repetition of similar services has been described in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
