The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector, on the premises and in the facilities managed by Zarząd Komunalnych Zasobów Lokalowych sp. z o. o. in Poznań, divided into 5 parts, covering the continuous maintenance of electrical installations and equipment in the Contracting Authority's facilities, the performance of minor repairs to electrical installations and equipment, the removal of faults on an emergency basis, on a 24/7 basis, including statutory holidays, the management of the required operational documentation, including a maintenance log, facility book in the scope of electrical installations and measurement protocols, and technical advice on the operation of electrical installations and equipment. 2. The Contracting Authority divides the contract into 5 parts: 1) Part no. 1 - Provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector at Customer Service Point no. 1, 2) Part no. 2 - Provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector at Customer Service Point no. 2, 3) Part no. 3 - Provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector at Customer Service Point no. 3, 4) Part no. 4 - Provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector at Customer Service Point no. 4, 5) Part no. 5 - Provision of maintenance, minor repair and fault-removal services in the electrical sector at Customer Service Point no. 5.
