The subject matter covers the execution of major repairs on ul. "Patriarh Evtimiy Tarnovski" in Debelec, including road surface, pavements, accessible environment, drainage, water supply, electrical networks and street lighting, optical cable network, permanent and temporary traffic organization, fire safety, safety and health, management of construction waste, testing, executive documentation and commissioning. The aim is to restore the load-bearing capacity and evenness of the pavements, the safety of traffic and accessibility, to ensure reliable drainage, to replace the worn-out water supply and to build/adapt the technical networks within the scope of the repair. Scope of works • preparation, mobilization, tracing, temporary fencing, sites and communications; • dismantling, milling, cutting and removal of materials and waste; • excavations, strengthening, drainage and protection of existing networks; • delivery and laying of all materials, products and equipment; • execution of construction and installation works on all design parts and the necessary technological coordination between them; • control tests, samples, geodetic measurements and laboratory control; • introduction of the temporary traffic organization, its maintenance and restoration of the permanent traffic organization; • restoration of affected pavements, green areas, approaches and facilities; • preparation of executive and as-built documentation; • participation in acceptance and commissioning; • elimination of defects within the warranty period. All necessary auxiliary operations, temporary works, samples, control measurements and documents that are technologically inherent in obtaining a finished and operational result are considered included in the subject matter when provided for in the project, Tender Documents or regulatory act. The main design parameters by design parts, main solutions and key parameters are: - Road - major repair with new construction and sections with milling and resurfacing - length approx. 2 115 m; surface width approx. 6.90–11.70 m depending on the section; - new road construction - dense asphalt concrete 4 cm; open asphalt concrete 4 cm; bituminous base 6 cm; crushed stone 0–40 — 20 cm; crushed stone 0–63 — 30 cm; total thickness 64 cm; modulus of subgrade reaction minimum 30 MPa; - Pavements - Vibropressed paving on cement-sand mortar and crushed stone; paving 6 cm; base minimum 4 cm; crushed stone 0–40 minimum 20 cm; geotextile; - Water supply - New street water supply and branches - PE-HD type 100 PN 1.0 MPa: Ø110 — 1 068.50 m; Ø90 — 305.50 m; SVO, fittings and fire hydrants; - Optical cable network - Two-way cable network and branches up to the property boundaries - Route 2 613 m; 5×HDPE Ø40; 82 manholes with one and two covers; crossings in protective pipes; - Electrical - Reconstruction/protection of networks, power supply of lighting and billboards - Cables and poles according to the project; re-grounding and control measurements; The detailed works to be executed are described in the Technical Specification and the attached investment project.
