France – Repair and maintenance services of metal containers – Prestations de maintenance des conteneurs de transport sur le site du CEA/CESTA (33) et de l'Ile Longue (29)

The main objective of the services is to maintain transport containers (including class 1 and class 7) and prepare associated materials. The fleet to be maintained consists of approximately 180 references representing approximately 7,500 parts. The containers are of various sizes and materials; there are 4 types of containers:

-Type 1: they consist of a polyester or aluminium box. The maintenance execution time is < 1 hour. They represent 70% of the fleet to be maintained.

-Type 2: they consist of several mechanically assembled sub-assemblies, their mass is between 40 and 230 kg. The maintenance execution time is between 2 and 4 hours. They represent 18% of the fleet to be maintained.

-Type 3: they are equivalent to type 2 but consist of many sub-assemblies, generally including a sealed inner enclosure and complex wedges. The maintenance execution time is between 4 and 16 hours. They represent 8% of the fleet to be maintained.

-Type 4: they are much larger in size and mass and require specific implementation means. The maintenance execution time is between 16 and 32 hours. They represent 4% of the fleet to be maintained.

The maintenance of the containers takes place mainly on the site of Barp (Gironde). It is estimated to be a maximum of 30% on the site of Île Longue in Finistère, knowing that it is discontinuous maintenance. The execution year n°1 of the contract is firm. The execution years n°2 and n°3 of the contract are conditional. The triggering of each conditional execution year is subject to the acceptance without blocking reserve of the expected lump-sum services at the end of the 10th month of the year preceding the conditional year in question. The execution years n° 4 and n°5 are optional.
