The framework agreement concerns the acquisition of scientific instrumentation. The sole acquisition method provided for in the framework agreement is the purchase of new equipment. The procedure is divided into 10 lots. Each of the 10 lots corresponds to a multi-supplier framework agreement. Each lot takes the form of a framework agreement executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts, after retendering among the lot holders, as needs arise. The framework agreements are executed exclusively in Metropolitan France. The consultation aims to establish 10 framework agreements for the CNRS acting as a purchasing centre and 10 framework agreements for the AMUE also acting as a purchasing centre.
