Slovakia – System and support services – Prevádzka a údržba informačného systému CG ISS mesta Trenčín a jeho organizácií

The subject of the public procurement „Operation and Maintenance of the CG ISS Information System of the City of Trenčín and its Organisations“ is the provision of services – operation and maintenance of information systems by the company CORA GEO, s.r.o. for the needs of the City of Trenčín and organisations within its management scope, namely the self-government information system (hereinafter „CG ISS“), business intelligence system (hereinafter „CG BI“), documentation information system (hereinafter „CG DISS“), portal information system (hereinafter „CG WEB“), solution for supporting the electronic office (hereinafter „CG eMesto“) together with the integration interface in the sense of the Agreement on the Integration Intent of the City of Trenčín and NASES, and related activities with the aim to ensure the full use of the delivered products in the following years in the following breakdown:

- Maintenance of licenses of the delivered licensed software (LSW)

- Update - maintenance of licenses of the delivered application software

- Development – enhancement of ASW beyond the scope of legislative and technological changes according to Section II. 4.3. of the Contract Proposal

- Hotline support

- Project management

- Technical support

- Methodological support

- Training

- Update of the CG Product Backup and Recovery Plan document

- Security support
