On the site of the existing Wahler Primary School, a nursery and an all-weather playground are to be newly constructed. The services to be procured in structural design are phases 1-6 according to HOAI, in fire protection planning phases 1-5 and 8 according to AHO, as well as special services in both service profiles. The client reserves the right to award the contract in stages, initially for the services related to phases 1 to 2.
