Winter maintenance services for county roads in Alba county for the period 2026-2027: LOT 1 - Lowland Zone; LOT 2 - Mountain Zone, namely: snow clearing services, services for combating ice (black ice), patrolling/waiting services, winter-specific road signage, in accordance with the Book of Tasks and Technical Documentation. Bidders must have the capacity to provide winter maintenance services for county roads in Alba county in accordance with “AND 525/2013 – Normative on the prevention and combating of road snowing”. The number of days before the deadline for the receipt of Tenders during which Bidders can request clarifications: 18 days. The number of calendar days before the deadline for the receipt of Tenders by which the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications and/or additional information received from interested economic operators: 11 days. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://www.e-licitatie.ro).
