The present consultation concerns the purchase of an outsourced service for managing and monitoring RTE's press subscriptions, covering all paper and digital media. The expected service includes, in particular:

- Subscription, renewal, and termination of subscriptions;

- Centralised management of requests from the various services of RTE;

- Management of disputes (delivery delays or defaults, etc.);

- Administrative and financial management of subscriptions;

- Monitoring of contractual deadlines and implementation of the necessary actions to ensure service continuity;

- Production of reports enabling performance tracking.

RTE will provide the contractor with an e-catalogue solution. The contractor will need to complete and update it with all available subscriptions, ensuring the accuracy of the information (price, duration, terms and conditions). This catalogue will allow internal users to order directly via the tool.
