France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Marché d'entretien, de maintenance et de travaux des espaces verts et des systèmes d'arrosage automatique.

This consultation concerns a contract for the maintenance, upkeep and execution of works related to green spaces and automatic irrigation systems in the Paris La Défense area. It includes:

• A part paid at a global and lump sum price, relating to:

- The regular and scheduled maintenance of green spaces, in accordance with the differentiated management principles defined by the Contracting Authority;

- The preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic irrigation systems, including the monitoring, adjustment and keeping in good working order of the installations.

• A part paid by order, relating to the execution of ad-hoc works:

- Works for the creation, requalification and renewal of green spaces (plantings, turfing, landscaping of beds, soil improvement, etc.);

- Works on automatic irrigation systems (extension, modification, renewal or optimisation of installations).

The services are carried out at the request of the Contracting Authority, as and when needed, within the framework of orders. The contract is divided into two distinct lots:

• Lot No. 1 "Green spaces";

• Lot No. 2 "Automatic irrigation".

The holders of these two lots must ensure permanent coordination, in order to guarantee the coherence of the interventions and the good condition of the vegetated spaces and irrigation installations. To this end, they must exchange any useful information, report without delay any malfunction likely to impact their respective services and adapt their interventions accordingly.
