Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Rahmenvertrag für die Planungsleistung

The planning services for 5 mobility stations and 6 mobility points in the district of Friesland and 1 mobility station and 7 mobility points in the city of Wilhelmshaven are to be awarded. The contract is to be awarded as a framework agreement to a single contractor/consortium and will comprise two steps. In the first step, the HOAI phases 2 and 3 are to be prepared by the contractor immediately after the award. The phases 4 to 8 (Option 1) will be prepared after the corresponding implementation decisions of the competent local bodies. The intention is to award the contract in stages: • Stage 1: LPH 2-3 • Stage 2: LPH 4-8 Initially, Stage 1 will be awarded. There is no legal entitlement to the award of the further stages.
