France – Casino operating services – Concession de service public pour l’exploitation du casino municipal

The municipality of Le Boulou has a casino on its territory. The building in which the various activities (gaming, entertainment, catering) are operated belongs to the Concessionaire. However, the municipality will own the casino building from the signature of the future concession contract, in accordance with the ongoing finalisation discussions with the outgoing delegatee. The premises will be entrusted to the future concessionaire within the framework of a premises occupancy fee (ROL). The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation of the assets made available to it according to the conditions set by the tender's terms of reference.
