Istekki Oy invites applications to participate in a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Artificial Intelligence and automation solutions and related services 2026-2033. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its appendices, particularly in the appendix Dynamic Purchasing System Subject. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 5 different baskets (sub-sectors): 1: AI solutions for patient information systems 2: Physical AI-enabled devices and robots in the social and health sector 3: AI solutions for the social and health sector and rescue services 4: AI solutions other than in the social and health sector 5: Solutions for the automation of tasks and processes. Candidates may apply to baskets 1-5. All candidates who meet the suitability requirements stated in the ESPD form and the invitation to participate may apply to become a supplier in the dynamic purchasing system. All candidates who meet the set suitability requirements will be accepted into the dynamic purchasing system. All interested candidates may request the right to participate in the dynamic purchasing system throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. There is no limit to the number of candidates to be accepted into the dynamic purchasing system. A candidate applies to the dynamic purchasing system by submitting an application to participate. Istekki Oy may, if it so wishes, shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a procurement notice about it. Istekki Oy may also increase the value of the procurement by publishing a procurement notice about it. In addition, Istekki Oy reserves the right to temporarily close the submission of applications to participate in the dynamic purchasing system during its validity (e.g. holiday periods). During this time, no competitions will be arranged within the dynamic purchasing system.
