The subject of the Contract is the supply of lime sorbents in the category of limestone to the production units of PGE GiEK S.A., as described in the Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the DSZ. The Purchaser reserves the right that the descriptions of the Subject of the Contract, which are Annexes to the Information on the Establishment of the DSZ, are preliminary in nature, and the requirements specified therein may change. The final requirements of the Purchaser regarding the description of the subject and the rules for the implementation of a given Contract will be specified in the SWZ, transmitted as part of the given Contract. 3 The Purchaser reserves the right to divide the Subject of the Contract into Parts during the Execution Procedures, with the simultaneous determination of the maximum number of Parts that may be awarded to one Contractor.
