The procurement procedure used is the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum order value is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of order forms. For the initial period, the framework agreement is concluded for one year from 1 February 2027. The framework agreement may be renewed three times for a period of one year. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years. This contract is subject to environmental and social conditions.
