Czechia – Construction work for buildings relating to leisure, sports, culture, lodging and restaurants – Revitalizace Velkého kina ve Zlíně

The subject of the public contract is construction works consisting of the comprehensive revitalisation of the building of Velký Kino in Zlín and its surrounding area, including connection to engineering networks (sewerage, storm drainage, water supply, electricity, heating), and connection to the surrounding terrain and communications. This involves the transformation of the existing completed building, which is in a dilapidated state. The tender also includes a concession, the subject of which is the construction of an underground car park at Velký Kino Zlín and its subsequent operation.
