Rental services for water purifiers and dispensers in accordance with the award documentation and the terms of reference. The services that are the subject of this procedure will be provided for a period of 48 months. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded, depending on the allocated budget: Minimum 1 subsequent contract/year. The smallest subsequent contract: value 72,800.00 lei exclusive of VAT, quantity: 1,050 purifiers + 70 dispensers/month; The largest subsequent contract: value 800,800.00 lei exclusive of VAT, quantity: 11,550 purifiers + 770 dispensers/11 months; Minimum value of the framework agreement: 873,600.00 lei exclusive of VAT, quantity: 12,600 purifiers + 840 dispensers/12 months; Maximum value of the framework agreement: 3,494,400.00 lei exclusive of VAT, quantity: 50,400 purifiers + 3,360 dispensers/48 months; The total duration of the framework agreement is 48 months. The complete and nominal list of all beneficiary units (kindergartens, high schools, schools, etc.) is detailed in Annex ,,List of all seats and locations of UAC members" in the Terms of Reference / Award Documentation, these being the final beneficiaries of the framework agreement. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law 98/2016, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
