Switzerland – Building construction work – ETH Zürich, HBA, Ersatzbau HXE, Funktionale TU-Ausschreibung

Initial situation and overall objective: HXE must make way for the new construction project HWS and will be dismantled. ETH is obligated by the framework agreement with VSETH to provide replacement areas until the definitive rooms in the HIC new building are ready for occupancy. Operational readiness is mandatory by January 2028. Scope of services: Turnkey contract: Planning and realization of a replacement/ modular building as a comprehensive service (General Contractor/TU model), incl. Demolition and reusability; functional tendering according to the task description ETH Zurich, HBA Replacement Building HXE including attachments. Options: PV system as an option with proof of economic viability. Not part of the contract: - Conversions for Stage 2 - Dismantling of the provisional structure after the end of use - Planning/Integration of the thermo-chemical storage system. The BIM method will not be commissioned.
