Romania – Bridge construction work – EXECUȚIE LUCRĂRI DE REPARAȚII PODURI ȘI PASAJE RUTIERE AFLATE ÎN ADMINISTRAREA ADMINISTRAȚIEI STRĂZILOR BUCUREȘTI

The subject of the contract consists of the execution of repairs to bridges and road crossings to ensure safe and civilised traffic. The economic operator, through the repair works, will have to ensure a functional, high-quality construction, in accordance with current standards. At the end, the economic operator will present plans, drawings and post-execution details that are representative, eloquent, and targeted by the designer and consultant, and will be prepared in such a way as to allow for a simple identification on the ground and an exact measurement of the quantities of work in order to correctly decontaminate them. Decontamination will be carried out on the basis of the actual quantities executed, measured on the ground and confirmed by the designer and consultant. NOTE: According to the provisions of Article 160 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority establishes 1 term - the limit within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests for clarification/information of the tenderers as follows: The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
