The subject of the public contract performance is the provision of supplies of personal protective equipment (PPE) (workwear) in the scope and in accordance with the tender conditions. The workwear is intended for the dispatch teams of the contracting authority when providing pre-hospital emergency care. The subject of the public contract performance is divided in accordance with § 35 of the Act into 2 separate parts. The subject of the public contract performance is further specified in Annex Rámcová kupní smlouva – vzor and in Annex Technical Specification. Based on the result of this tender procedure, in accordance with § 131 et seq. of the Act, a framework agreement (agreement) will be concluded with one selected supplier within the relevant part of the public contract, for a period of 4 years from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement.
