Framework Agreement for Architectural Design Services for all renovation and refurbishment projects of existing buildings on the site of the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) with a project volume of at least EUR 1,5 million net attributable costs during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years fixed term + 2 years extension option). The individual orders awarded under the framework agreement may include all HOAI performance phases. In some cases, only the later performance phases LPH 5-8 (starting with the execution planning) will be commissioned. A phased commissioning is planned in each case, where the optional phased commissioning can be carried out in full or in part. Three framework partners are to be bound in each case with the framework agreement. The individual orders for architectural design services will be awarded in mini-competitions according to § 21 Abs. 5 VgV between the framework partners. The conditions of the mini-competitions and the award criteria for the individual orders are listed in the tender documents "Procedural Conditions for Individual Order - Invitation to Submit a Tender". The minimum and maximum total fees for the possible individual orders for the advertised framework agreements amount to for the up to 4-year term of the framework agreement for architectural design services: ? minimum order value EUR 15,000.00 net. Maximum order volume over 4 years EUR 5,000,000.00 net plus VAT.
