Romania – Repair and maintenance services – Servicii, materiale și lucrări pentru întreținerea, repararea, dezvoltarea și operarea sistemelor aferente Centrului de Monitorizare a Traficului Brașov

The Municipality of Brașov owns and operates a complex, distributed and integrated system related to the Brașov Traffic Management Centre (CMT Brașov), implemented through the project "Centralized Traffic Monitoring and Control System in the Municipality of Brașov". This system includes adaptive traffic management and public transport prioritization subsystems, video monitoring, parking management, information via variable message signs, sensors and field equipment, integrated control centre, dedicated software applications, IT and communications infrastructure, as well as the technical infrastructure necessary for the operation of the CMT. The current operation of such a system involves continuous and correlated activities of preventive and predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, operational support, emergency interventions, supply of materials and spare parts, spot works, technical developments and adaptations, both for field equipment and applications, and for the technical infrastructure of the CMT. The purpose of this procurement is to ensure a unitary, flexible and efficient contractual framework for the maintenance, operation, repair, development and technical support of the systems related to the Brașov Traffic Monitoring Centre, for the entire validity period of the framework agreement: - ensuring the continuous, safe and efficient operation of the systems and subsystems related to the CMT; - maintaining the functional and operational parameters of the existing infrastructure; - reducing downtimes and the rapid remediation of incidents; - timely provision of necessary materials, spare parts and components; - allowing for developments, modernizations, replacements and adaptations necessary during the framework agreement; - maintaining the integrated, interoperable and evolutionary character of the system.
