The subject of the contract is the procurement and storage of 100 tonnes of processed cheeses (hereinafter also "cheeses"). The cheeses will be part of the state material reserves as property of the Czech Republic. The Administration, as the contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the defence capability and defence of the state, the mitigation of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the contract is divided according to Section 35 of the Act into 2 separate parts, namely: 1. Part of the contract: Procurement and storage of 50 tonnes of processed cheeses. 2. Part of the contract: Procurement and storage of 50 tonnes of processed cheeses.
