France – Monitoring and control services – PRESTATIONS DE SURVEILLANCE DES SITES INDUSTRIELS DE L’IMPRIMERIE DE LA BANQUE DE FRANCE ET DE LA PAPETERIE EUROPAFI SITUES A LONGUES (63)

The services to be provided under this contract concern the industrial sites of the Banque de France printing works and the paper mill at VIC LE COMTE. The future site of the Banque de France printing works will be located in LONGUES - commune of VIC LE COMTE (63) about twenty kilometers south of the Clermont-Ferrand conurbation and in the immediate vicinity of the EUROPAFI paper mill. The contract covers permanent services to be carried out on these two industrial sites during the so-called operational phase. Residually, the contract is executed by means of purchase orders as and when the need arises. It concerns sites classified as sensitive due to the nature of their activity, namely the production of banknotes. The contract comprises two phases: The first covers surveillance services provided from the delivery of the REFONDATION printing works site to the Banque de France, on 31 October 2026, a provisional date that will be definitively set by OS as indicated in the CCA, and until the activation of the PCS scheduled for the summer of 2027. The second phase, known as the operational phase, includes all the security services provided on the two industrial sites by no later than 31 December 2027, the start date will be definitively set by OS as indicated in the CCA. The services include: - Checking vehicles and people accessing the sites - Reception arrangements for any visitors; - Surveillance and control throughout the sites. - Issuing fire permits; - Access control; - Checking people within the sites.
