Spain – Architectural design services – Concurso de proyectos restringido, con intervención de jurado, para la redacción del proyecto básico y ejecutivo y el resto de documentación técnica necesaria, para la construcción de la nueva comisaría de la Guardia Urbana de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat (AS-19/2026)

Drafting of the basic and execution project for the construction of the new Guardia Urbana police station in l'Hospitalet, in accordance with the specifications determined in the Technical Prescription Document. Drafting of the corresponding Special Plan that specifies the use and ordering conditions of the building resulting from the winning proposal of the competition. Drafting of the remaining complementary technical documents and other tasks necessary for the drafting of said execution project (preliminary draft, topographical survey, geotechnical study, soil study). Drafting of all the modifications that need to be introduced into the project, until its final approval, due to the sectoral and supervision reports that are drafted during its processing, as well as those resulting from the possible claims that are estimated during the different public information procedures.
