Finland – Railway construction works – OSALLISTUMISHAKEMUKSET Kouvola- Luumäki eteläisen raiteen rakennusurakka 3 (RU3)

The contract is a comprehensive lump-sum contract. The contract area is located in the municipalities of Kouvola and Luumäki, along the Karjalan railway (section 1701, Kouvola – Luumäki), on the southern track at kmv 228+670 - 249+780. The Taavetti station kmv 238+010 - 239+610 (switches V413 – V414) is not included in the contract area. The contractor's obligations and the more detailed content of the contract are evident from the contract programme and design documents. The option for the contract includes all construction works presented in the tender, contract documents and design materials for the Kjr-Ta section. The contracting authority has the unilateral right to decide on the order of the option and the contractor commits to the option and its conditions in the tender.
