Maintenance services for secondary systems

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and repair services for the secondary systems of the electricity, substation and customer stations owned by Fingrid Oyj and under its maintenance responsibility. The services also include related material deliveries and subcontracted services. In addition, the procurement covers the necessary design services related to maintenance and repair work. The secondary systems include, among others, the following equipment sets: IED, BCU, RTU, HMI, LAN, SVY, HT, TWS, PMU, PQ and systems comparable to them. The maintenance services are divided into four work areas: Northern Finland (OHAP), Western Finland (OHAL), Eastern Finland (OHAI), and Southern Finland (OHAE). A map of the work area boundaries is in Appendix 1 (Regional delimitation of the secondary systems maintenance agreement). One contract partner is selected for each work area. The same bidder may be selected for one or more work areas. The maximum duration of the agreement is seven (7) years, including a four (4) year main contract period and three (1+1+1) one-year option periods.
