Belgium – Lockers – Smart Lockers voor medewerkers, artsen, patiënten en bezoekers

This contract concerns the supply, installation, and commissioning of a combination of metal and HPL smart lockers, centrally controlled by software, for the campuses in Lokeren and Beveren. The lockers must be offered in various sizes depending on the application, allowing for both individual and flexible use depending on location and usage. The operation and allocation of the lockers will be handled for employees and doctors using the hospital's access badge, and for patients/visitors using a QR and/or barcode on a registration screen, from which a locker of choice can be selected. Via the central software, administrators can monitor and manage usage remotely. To estimate the scale of this contract, the contracting authority provides the following forecast of the number of Smart Lockers: Campus Lokeren (Lepelstraat 2, 9160 Lokeren): A total of approximately 620 lockers, ranging from wardrobe lockers to small lockers for storing valuable items, with a dozen registration consoles. Campus Beveren (Oude Zandstraat 99, 9120 Beveren): A total of approximately 470 lockers, of which slightly less than half are wardrobe lockers and the other half are small lockers for storing valuable items, with five registration consoles.
