France – Lift-maintenance services – Maintenance des équipements de climatisation sur le territoire des Centres Maintenance (CM) Marseille et Nantes

This consultation concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance (levels 1 to 4 of the FD X 60-000 standard) of the air conditioning equipment of RTE's electrical substations located in the territories of the Nantes and Marseille Maintenance Centres. The relevant equipment park consists of approximately 1,270 air conditioning units (split units, multi-split units, air conditioning cabinets, single-package air conditioners) installed in sensitive industrial facilities (switchgear rooms, telecommunications rooms, control buildings). The contract is divided into 12 geographical lots: 5 lots at the level of the Network Maintenance Groups of the Nantes Maintenance Centre (Brittany, Poitou-Charentes, Anjou, Atlantic, Sologne) and 7 lots at the level of the Substation Groups of the Marseille Maintenance Centre (Avignon, Bollène, Escaillon, Lingostière, Port de Bouc, Réaltor, Sainte Tulle). Each lot is awarded to a single contractor; the same operator may not be awarded more than 3 lots per area. Candidates may apply for one, several, or all of the lots of their choice. The framework agreements, with a firm duration of 3 years (from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2029), are renewable twice for 1 year, and are concluded with a financial commitment limited to the volume of the first year.
