France – Application service providers – SI de gestion de données ESG et Carbone du groupe RATP en mode SaaS

This tender is a single-bidder framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount. The contract is for the provision of a SaaS solution for the collection, structuring and management of ESG data and Carbon activity. The services included in the contract are described below. Minimum Amount Services: Implementation of the Integrated Solution (including 3 months VSR); Access to the Application Service for a period of 48 months; Maximum Amount Services: The Minimum Amount Services: Access to the Application Service for an additional maximum period of 48 months; Extension of the Application Service for a maximum amount of 500 000 €; Associated services for a maximum volume of 900 man-days; Reversibility. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 48 months from the notification of the first OLS. Unless written notice is given by RATP with a three-month notice period, it will be tacitly renewed for 4 periods of 12 months each.
