Netherlands – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Stedenbouwkundig bureau Holland Park

Urban planning guidance is requested for the Holland Park area development. This concerns the further development of the Holland Park West and Holland Park Zuid sub-areas and the safeguarding of the overall quality and cohesion within the entire area development. The plots still to be developed include approximately 1,250 dwellings with facilities, with the (semi)public space also being designed and constructed. Some construction plans are being implemented (approximately 750 dwellings). The duration of the requested works is (approximately) 7 years, of which 3 years are active development trajectories and the remaining years mainly monitor the quality during the implementation phase. For the development years, an input of approximately 400 hours per year is assumed, decreasing to approximately 100 hours per year in the subsequent period.
