Germany – Photocopying equipment – Digitale Multifunktionssysteme für Schulen

The City of Sankt Augustin intends to conclude a 60-month full-service lease contract for 26 digital multifunction systems with additional functions for all schools in Sankt Augustin. The full-service contract includes all costs for financing as well as services for repairs, replacement and wear parts, technical customer service, and all types of consumables (except paper) and various insurances. A free copying allowance (pool procedure) of 12,290,000 black/white copies and 2,052,000 colour copies is assumed over the 60 months.
