The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by the Procurement and Tendering Centre of the Authority for Interior and Sport - organisationally affiliated with the Hamburg Police - intends to conclude framework agreements with as many vehicle manufacturers, general representatives or authorised dealers of vehicle manufacturers as possible for the purchase of various passenger cars (PC) with purely battery-electric drive, plug-in hybrid drive and all other drive types (e.g. (mild) hybrid, gas, petrol or diesel) for all authorities, offices, state-owned enterprises and universities as well as selected public-law institutions and public enterprises of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The annual requirement is approximately 127 vehicles.
