The subject of this tender is the procurement, delivery, installation, and maintenance of two IBM Power E1080 systems (each 40-core configuration, 8 TB RAM) including all associated hardware, activation, and licensing components. The cooperation comprises both the one-time delivery and commissioning of the systems as well as the continuous 60-month maintenance throughout the entire contract period. Close coordination with the contracting authority is required, particularly with regard to the delivery date, installation process, data centre access, and documentation requirements. The final offer price must include all cost items, including all services, materials, incidental costs, maintenance fees, and other expenses. Additional or subsequent claims are excluded. The contractor provides the necessary resources, qualified personnel, and all materials required for delivery, setup, and commissioning and ensures consistently reliable performance throughout the entire contract period.
