Description
The Versorgungsbetriebe Bordesholm GmbH intends to award services for the construction and subsequent (optional) maintenance of a battery storage system through a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue. The procurement is divided into 2 lots. The subject of this advertised Lot 1 is the supply, installation, commissioning and optional maintenance of - 6 to 9 battery containers incl. batteries, cooling and control system, connection options as well as auxiliary, control, switching and measuring systems, - 3 battery inverters and 3 transformers incl. lifting sleds and the respective MSP switchgear (20 kV) with a capacity of at least 4.6 MVA per unit as well as any additional accessories for the direct and unprotected outdoor installation of the battery storage system, - two 20 kV medium-voltage systems/transfer stations for the battery storage system and the adjacent PV open-space park incl. the respective buildings/containers/finished stations and incl. all necessary interfaces for the battery storage system & PV open-space park, optional accessories, the overall control of the battery storage system (in cooperation with the control of RESolve, interface to the BMS of RESolve: MODBUS TCP/IP), the assumption of client and project coordination obligations, the assumption of the SiGeKo (safety & health protection coordinator) for all lots and the assumption, development, implementation and coordination of the entire overarching fire protection concept for the entire battery storage system, i.e. for all lots, in the immediate vicinity of the PV open-space park "Eiderstede" with an installed capacity of 14,236 kWp. The battery storage system is to optimise the marketing of the electricity from the PV open-space system and to operate in the remaining free-running times in the cross-market in various markets (e.g. in the winter months and the night hours). The battery storage system is to be equipped with 3 line-ups each with 2-3 units of 20-foot containers each with approximately 5 MWh battery capacity and a minimum power requirement per container of 2.3 MVA. The exact number of containers per line-up (2 or 3 units) will be determined based on the most economical offer for Lot 1. The battery cooling will in any case be carried out by liquid cooling. The battery storage system will be built at the existing grid connection cable of the PV open-space park. The maximum permissible power at the grid connection point is 12.3 MW. This maximum permissible power at the grid connection point must not be exceeded. This is ensured during operation by the new battery storage system being marketed and controlled jointly with an existing battery storage system (currently approx. 15 MW & 14.2 MWh) already at the Versorgungsbetriebe. The respective transfer measurement from the PV open-space system "Eiderstede" and the transfer to the upstream network operator SH Netz AG will then also be included in this control and marketing.
