SKI is offering framework agreement 17.05 for Consulting Engineers and Architects. The framework agreement includes the supply of architectural and engineering consulting services as well as consulting services in the fields of construction and landscape. The services are covered by the description of services for Construction and Landscape (YBL), including an addendum on sustainability services and the description of services for workplace coordination. The framework agreement is divided into 5 sub-agreements, each of which is a separate framework agreement based on geography: Sub-agreement 1: North Jutland Sub-agreement 2: Central Jutland Sub-agreement 3: South Jutland and Funen Sub-agreement 4: West Zealand Sub-agreement 5: East Zealand and Bornholm For each sub-agreement, a framework agreement will be awarded to up to 3 suppliers, who will be ranked as primary, secondary and tertiary suppliers. Customers' allocation of delivery contracts will be made in accordance with this ranking and the more specific terms and conditions, see Annex D Use of the Framework Agreement. The framework agreement is a voluntary framework agreement, which means that all SKI customers listed in Annex A Customer List have the right but not the obligation to use the framework agreement. The framework agreement is expected to be used by a wide range of public purchasers, including municipalities, regions, state institutions and supply companies, with a need for consulting services in connection with public construction and landscape projects.
