France – Roof repair and maintenance work – Travaux d'entretien courant, de maintenance, de rénovation des toitures, de renforcement de charpentes métalliques et de fourniture, pose et mise en service de panneaux photovoltaïques sur les toitures des bâtiments du port de Bonneuil-sur-Marne

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The Seine Amont (ASAM) Agency of the Paris Territorial Directorate (DT) has a recurring need for maintenance and rehabilitation of roofs (subject of lot 1), renovation and/or replacement of roofs (subject of lot 2), for the warehouses of the port of Bonneuil in order to ensure the contractual commitments of coverage taken vis-à-vis its lessees. Reinforcement of metal frames (subject of lot 3) may also be necessary to change a defective basic roof into a new, insulated or fireproof roof, of identical or greater weight due to the application of current standards in relation to the calculations of the strength of the frames. This reinforcement may also be necessary if the initial frame must support additional weight during the installation of solar panels. Indeed, the strategic project of the establishment or the tertiary decree leads ASAM to study the possibility of developing photovoltaic electricity production on its built heritage. The change of old roofs is an opportunity to possibly develop the installation of solar panels (subject of lot 4). The present consultation therefore aims to select service providers who will have, depending on the lots, the missions of carrying out routine maintenance and maintenance work on the roofs, renovation of the roofs, reinforcement of metal frames, the supply, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the warehouses located on the Port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne.
