Germany – Construction-site supervision services – Bauüberwachungsleistungen_Invest-Container 2027 (B48 & B49) Duisburg Hbf - Essen Hbf

Within the framework of the Invest-Container 2027 (B48 & B49), several independent infrastructure measures will be implemented within common total closure periods in the section Duisburg Hbf – Essen Hbf. The overall coordination of the measures will be carried out by the construction coordinator of the Invest-Container. The tendered construction supervision service includes the overall technical and constructional coordination of the construction supervision of all measures contained in the container. This includes, in particular, the creation, coordination and updating of the required Betren/Overall-Betra, the coordination of construction tracks, safety measures and railway earthings including the assumption of the function of the switching applicant. The construction supervisor acts as the central technical contact person for the measures bundled in the Invest-Container and ensures the continuous coordination between the project participants and the operationally involved parties. He coordinates technical and organisational interfaces, dates and construction-logistical boundary conditions, identifies risks and supports the implementation of the measures within the planned closure periods. Additionally, the service includes the technical registration of the measures in BBP-Neo as well as the technical examination of performance certificates and invoices.
